Transition Support and Mentorship
We understand that moving from employee status to independent stylist can feel intimidating. The salon owner works closely with new stylists to help them transition successfully into independent business ownership. Guidance is provided on setting service prices, managing schedules, handling client communication, and understanding the fundamentals of running your own salon business.
Our existing stylists are friendly and professional. They are happy to collaborate, share knowledge, or provide referrals as much or as little as you prefer. Independence is respected, and collaboration is always optional.
